1. Fill out the quote form for a wedding or contact me with information about other arrangement/s you are looking into purchasing. An initial quote will then be established provided the order can be completed by the completion date indicated and/or the wedding or event date is available. Either way, you will be contacted.

2. Order a flower sample or toss bouquet, if desired. For $3 - $10, depending on the flower of choice, plus shipping and handling, a flower will be mailed. If interested in ordering a small bouquet, please contact me to go over details. I can put one together for $25 plus shipping and handling. NOTE: I do not send flowers to other florists or those wishing to create their own bouquets.

3. Work with me to pin point the look that you'd like to achieve. Detailed descriptions, pictures, pictures and more pictures will help us to do that! In addition, I will email you a Consultation Questionnaire. Filling this out to the best of your ability is extremely helpful to me and beneficial to you in making sure you get what you want. Feel free to call or email me to discuss your wedding or questions you may have on the questionnaire. However you'd like to go about it, communication is essential in making sure you get what you want. I don't ever charge for "consultation" time, this is just part of the creating process. So, contact me as much as you'd like. I look forward to your emails and phone calls. I especially look forward to your pictures of designs that you have seen and liked. It's probably the most helpful inspirational tool available!

4. Once a good idea of design is established, any changes to the initial quote will be calculated. A final package total, including all items, will be given. At this point, if wishing to book, a 50% deposit is required to save the date and get designs started.

5. From here, we will keep in contact regarding design ideas. Any photos you come across that may give me insight and inspiration on the sort of look you like and swatches for color matching are always helpful. I do not charge for ongoing consultations, so contact me as much as you need to. It's important to gather plenty of information to make sure you get the look you desire. I will email pictures of your flowers as they come together.

6. Upon approval of arrangements via email photos, the remaining 50% is due. Payment must be collected in full BEFORE pick up or delivery.

7. When the big day is over and things have settled down, I'd love to see pictures! Please don't hesitate to email photos, it's a great honor to see my flowers a part of someone's special day. In addition, any designs created for home decor are wonderful to see in pictures. It thrills me to see my flowers put to use in decor and design.

When to get started?
|

I prefer to have the flowers to my bridal clients at least one full month before the wedding. This way if there's any unexpected problems in shipping or design, there's time for corrections. Depending on the size of the wedding, it usually takes approximately one month for me to get the package together once the flowers have arrived. So, it is a good idea to get booked a minimum of 2-3 months before your wedding date. Too much time is never a problem. Booking 3-12 months in advance ensures the wedding date is saved, the flowers requested are secured and overall, you get exactly what you'd like.

Permanent Botanicals are “seasonal” in a sense, in the same way as real. Meaning, certain colors and flowers are typical of certain seasons and more widely available during those times. So, if there’s a look you’d like that may be out of season, please be sure to book the date at least 6-12 months ahead of time so I can get it while it’s in.

Due to the nature of all arrangements being custom created specifically to suit the taste and needs of my clients, all sales are final. However, please inform me if you are dissatisfied for any reason. My utimate goal is to have 100% satisfaction and I would never intentionally try to scam, deceive or misrepresent. Depending on the specific situation and if any errors were involved, accomodations may need to be made to fairly represent all parties. Under any circumstance, it is important to be made aware of any negative feelings on your final product.

Cancellation Policy

I know it is important to book your event vendors as soon as possible because spots book up fast. However, please be sure when you make your deposit. Once the deposit is made, work begins, flowers are ordered and purchased, and the spot is saved for you. Therefore, others may be turned down for it. For these reasons, in the event of a cancellation, the deposit policy is as follows:

Within 10 days: 85% of deposit refunded. After 10 days but within 30 days: 50% of deposit refunded. After 30 days: No refund.

Quote Policy

All quotes are valid for 60 days without deposit. Without a deposit after 60 days, quotes are subject to change. Once a deposit has been made, final quote is locked in until the wedding date. Please keep in mind that your wedding date is not saved because a quote has been given. The wedding date is reserved for you when deposit has been collected.
